The Tennis Court:
At the top end of the Park is a new tennis court built to the standards of the International Tennis Federation. This is free to use and on a ‘first come, first served basis’. (Forgive the pun!)
The Lake & Picnic Area:
At the lower end of the park is a lovely lake which will include a picnic area accessed through a pedestrian gate from the lane running alongside Inny Vale. A full landscaping of the area will occur during the construction of phase 5.
Please note that all maintenance and general up keep of the Inny Vale amenity areas are included within the yearly service charge.
